Review the action
Write the response carefully because QuickDesk sends the saved reply straight away. Keep it safe without human context, and do not automate sensitive decisions or promises the team cannot always keep.
Switch on and test
Save and enable the rule, then send a harmless matching message. Only one matching reply is sent. Avoid overlapping keywords, and test a near miss before relying on the rule.
