Your data stays in the UK.

QuickDesk runs on a machine we own, in the UK. Your conversations, your customers’ details and the AI that reads them all stay on it. One thing leaves the country, and it is on the map below.

The AI runs here, not somewhere else

QuickDesk spots the tone of a message and finds tickets that are about the same thing. Both run on our own machine, using models stored on it.

We do not send your customers’ messages to an AI company, because we do not use one. Most support tools do — check whether the one you use today lists an AI provider among the companies it shares your data with.

Replies come from your address

QuickDesk signs every email with a key belonging to your domain, so your replies arrive from you and not from us. You can check the signature yourself in any message we send.

Who can see what

You choose what each teammate can do, and the rules are enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

What we do not have

QuickDesk is not SOC 2 certified and holds no ISO 27001 certificate. Those audits cost more than we charge, and we would rather tell you than let a badge imply otherwise.

If you need that paperwork to buy, we are honestly not the right desk for you yet.

Questions about any of this

Email hello@quickdesk.co.uk. If you need a data processing agreement, or you have found something that looks wrong, say so and a person will answer.
