Your desk lives in the UK.
QuickDesk stores your conversations and customer details on a machine we own in the UK. Local analysis stays there. Optional AI reply drafts send a bounded prompt to OpenRouter only when an agent asks for a draft; the full path is mapped below.

Local analysis and optional drafts
Tone and duplicate detection stay on our own UK machine, using models stored there.
An AI reply draft is different: the relevant customer thread, selected examples and voice guide are sent through OpenRouter to a configured model provider. Internal notes and unrelated workspace data are excluded. Providers that retain or train on prompts are denied, and an agent must review and send the result.
Replies come from your address
QuickDesk signs every email with a key belonging to your domain, so your replies arrive from you and not from us. You can check the signature yourself in any message we send.
Who can see what
You choose what each teammate can do, and the rules are enforced on the server rather than hidden in the interface. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and the database is encrypted at rest.
What we do not have
QuickDesk is not SOC 2 certified and holds no ISO 27001 certificate. Those audits cost more than we charge, and we would rather tell you than let a badge imply otherwise.
If you need that paperwork to buy, we are honestly not the right desk for you yet.
Questions about any of this
