Every plan comes with AI credits that refill each month: 20 on Free, 50 on Starter, 150 on Pro and 400 on Custom. They cover reply drafts, ticket summaries, wording improvements and internal handovers.
A human always reviews
A Standard action costs 1 credit; the Premium model costs 3 for the replies that matter. Every draft stays editable and nothing reaches a customer until an agent presses send.
More when you need it
Add an AI tier from your workspace settings — Assist at £5/mo for 500 credits, Team at £15/mo for 2,500 credits, Scale at £49/mo for 10,000 credits — on top of your plan’s included credits. Or buy a one-off £8 pack of 500 credits that never expires.
Questions
The bits worth asking about.
What counts as a conversation?
One conversation is one thread. Someone opens a chat or sends you an email, and everything that follows — their replies, your replies, over hours or days — stays part of that one conversation.
Reply fifty times and it still counts as one. Only a new thread counts again.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, and it takes effect straight away. Move up and you pay the difference for the rest of the month rather than starting a new bill. Your conversations, settings and history stay exactly where they are.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your desk keeps running. We retry the payment and send you a link to sort it out, rather than shutting the door on your customers because a card expired.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your billing settings. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Do you charge per seat?
Each plan includes a set number of seats — one on Free, two on Starter, five on Pro. If you need a different shape, build your own plan and pick the seats and limits you actually want.
Where is my data kept?
Core records stay in the UK on hardware we own. Tone and duplicate detection run there too. If an agent asks for an AI reply draft, a limited prompt is sent through our configured AI provider. See the full map.
