Read the balance
The AI page shows available credits and action-specific team usage. Every plan includes free credits that refill each month: 20 on Free, 50 on Starter, 150 on Pro and 400 on Custom. A generation consumes credits even when the agent later edits or discards its preview. See AI actions and costs.
Choose the model
Generating an answer costs the model's credit cost. Standard runs on a private model at one credit; Premium uses a stronger model and costs more credits because it costs more to run. Other actions cost one credit. Set the default model on the AI page, and give any site its own voice in Site training.
Use credits where they help
Drafts are most useful for routine responses that still benefit from a human review. Short acknowledgements may be quicker to write directly.
Handle a low balance
Choose one recurring tier for the workspace: Assist adds 500 generations, Team adds 2,500, and Scale adds 10,000 each month, all on top of the credits your plan already includes. A larger tier upgrades the existing AI subscription rather than opening another one. Authorised members can also buy a non-expiring 500-generation pack for short-term spikes. Agents can always continue replying without AI.
