Compare the full change
When changing plan or cadence, review the quote and effective timing shown before confirming. Trial and zero-amount changes may not include an immediate charge. Moving down a plan shows the credit it leaves on the account before you confirm.
Find bills and stop a plan
Invoices and payments further down the page holds every bill and receipt. Cancelling and restarting a plan both happen on this page too, so nothing here needs an external billing site.
Know the billing owner
Only authorised members should change subscriptions or payment details. Shopify-billed subscriptions may direct management back to Shopify admin.
