Check what is connected
Integrations lists every WordPress site running the QuickDesk plugin that is connected to this workspace. Each row shows the site address, which of your websites the chat appears as, and the date it was connected.
A site only appears here while it is still able to show the chat box. If you have deleted the matching website under Sites and widget, the WordPress site stops being listed, because the chat can no longer load there. Press Connect again from the plugin in WordPress to set it up afresh.
Disconnect a site
Press Disconnect next to a site, then confirm. The chat box stops appearing on that site straight away and QuickDesk forgets the key it was using.
Only the account owner can disconnect a site. Other teammates can see the list.
Disconnecting here does not uninstall the plugin. The plugin keeps its own copy of the connection until someone presses Disconnect inside WordPress as well, so if you plan to stop using QuickDesk on that site, do both.
Connect a site again
There is no Connect button on this page, because connecting has to start from the site itself. Open the QuickDesk plugin in your WordPress dashboard, press Connect, and approve the request when QuickDesk asks. The site then reappears in this list.
