Publish DNS records for sending email

Add the shown SPF and DKIM records correctly so replies can use your support domain with better deliverability.

Copy exact values

QuickDesk shows each DNS name and value. Paste the complete values at the DNS provider and follow that provider's rules for whether the root domain is written as an at sign or a full name.

Merge SPF safely

A domain must not publish competing SPF records. If one already exists, use the combined value QuickDesk shows rather than adding a second SPF TXT record.

Allow time and verify

DNS changes can take time to spread. Use Check records again after the provider reports the change, then send a real test reply and inspect where it arrives.
