Know what is personal
Account settings apply to the signed-in member. Organisation name, roles, and team membership live elsewhere and may require owner access.
Change credentials carefully
Use a unique password and confirm the current account before changing its email. Sign in again if the application asks you to refresh the session. If you cannot sign in because you have forgotten the password, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page: QuickDesk emails a link that lets you set a new one, lasts an hour, and works once.
Set useful notifications
Choose availability and sound preferences that match how you work. Browser permission and operating-system settings can still prevent an audible notification.
